Barbs & Bottles Dairy is operated by Priscilla and Nigel Bimwi, purveyors of a potent milk thistle elixir. They are very persnickety about the quality of their product, produced by pressing only the best thistle stems to release a pure creamy liquid with countless curative and mystical properties. They’re not ones to brag, but their thistle press has set the industry standard and earned them a loyal following. Neighbor Billie Birdsong swears by its efficacy on all manner of bumps and bruises caused by flying mishaps, and musician Treb is rarely seen without a milk (thistle) mustache.
